Miscellaneous '50s Songs (#3) ============================= From: boureesteve@aol.comma (Steve Mc) Newsgroups: rec.music.rock-pop-r+b.1950s Date: 11 Mar 2001 15:42:52 GMT Subject: Clips Quiz 3 results Message-ID: <20010311104252.01910.00000520@nso-cu.aol.com> Well, Bill has finally been dethroned (at least temporarily). So, does anyone know how much a bag of Milky Ways is these days? Thanks to Marc Dashevsky, Bill Bugge, Pat Eaton, Mark Dintenfass, Norm Katuna, Rick Schubert, Stephen Solomon, Carina and Cathy for submitting entries. Apologies if I screwed up any of the scoring. It's harder than you'd think. Norm = 26 Rick = 21 Mark = 20 Marc = 18 Bill = 16 Pat = 15 Steve = 10 Cathy = 7 Carina = 6 I thought #05 might have been the hardest. It was from the Dorsey Show on January 28, 1956. #06 actually was the hardest, with only Norm and Rick getting it. #03 and #04 were the easiest, with everyone getting them. Anyway, thanks again to everyone who played. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. And, as always, comments, critiques, etc. are welcomed. Thanks.
